About Living Arts

Living Arts is a workshop series made possible by the support of the Regional Arts Commission, St. Louis County Libraries, Zuka Arts Guild and local multidisciplinary artists. These healing-centered cultural dance and arts workshops aim to make healing arts more accessible to families and communities, providing materials, local arts expertise, and a focus on individual and community wellbeing. Workshops are designed for children and families, people who love learning moving and creating, mothers and caregivers who want to reconnect with their bodies, professional dancers and artists, non-professionals, and those looking for a space to respectfully explore their creativity and expression in community. All bodies are welcome.
